A LITTLE PREPARATION HELPS
Before you get in touch
For New Balance, choose a channel that matches your question about orders, products and store assistance. For an item problem, note the product name, size or model and when it arrived. Before sharing private details, open the linked provider page and confirm the destination.
Suggest a contact correction- If a parcel is late, compare the retailer’s order status with the carrier’s tracking record.
- A purchase made through another retailer may need to be handled by that original seller.
- Keep the purchase confirmation nearby so the seller can identify the order.
