Before you get in touch
Custom Ink’s contact page brings together telephone, chat and an email form for custom-product orders. Existing order problems have a separate form linked from that page. Explain whether your question concerns artwork, quantities, delivery or an order already placed.
Suggest a contact correction- A purchase made through another retailer may need to be handled by that original seller.
- Keep the purchase confirmation nearby so the seller can identify the order.
- For an item problem, note the product name, size or model and when it arrived.
